Paul comes from a background of determination and grit, inspired by a family that valued hard work and helping others. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged early, when he launched a residential painting business in college in two years. This foundation taught him the power of persistence and people-first leadership.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Colorado State University and pursuing advanced programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Denver, Paul stepped into the world of commercial real estate. From optimizing corporate leases to co-founding a software startup that harnessed AI to match candidates with jobs, he was relentless in his pursuit of innovation and solutions that make a difference.
But along the way, Paul recognized a deeper calling. While achieving financial success, he realized the process often lacked heart. This led to a pivotal shift: a commitment to not only grow wealth but to do so with purpose and generosity.
